From Corporate Comfort to Entrepreneurial Courage: My 'Why' and an Unexpected Leap

For years in the corporate world, I found satisfaction in supporting operations and helping businesses run smoothly. It was a career that offered stability and valuable experience. Beneath the surface, I was looking for something more. Something with more impact, flexibility, and ownership.

The idea of becoming an entrepreneur felt like a distant dream. Leaving a predictable path to build my own from the ground up seemed impossible. Sometimes a great leap of faith is inspired by unexpected sources. My inspiration came through my position as a Board Director with a charity, the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) Foundation.

A New Perspective Through Service

Joining the IAAP Foundation board was about giving back and advocating for a profession I respected. What I didn't fully anticipate was the profound personal and professional growth I would experience. Surrounded by a community of passionate leaders, I found myself in an environment that fostered strategic thinking, nurtured meaningful relationship-building, and cheered me on.

A realization began to form, that entrepreneurship was certainly a path I could pursue. My board role not only nurtured my leadership skills and strategic vision but also the courage and confidence to embark on my entrepreneurial journey. It is a testament to the power of community and purpose.

My 'Why': Reclaiming Time, Empowering Growth

Driven by a clear "why," I launched my business. My purpose is to empower entrepreneurs and small business owners who have reached their growth ceiling and need support to continue growing. I know that feeling of hitting a plateau, where there aren't enough hours in the day to manage operations and focus on scaling.

That's where I step in as an Online Business Manager. My passion lies in becoming a trusted strategic partner, delving into the vision of my clients and crafting a customized action plan. The goal? To streamline operations, lift the burden from their shoulders, and give back what’s most precious: time.
