As we reach the end of the year, I’ve been thinking about the entrepreneurs who’ve been carrying so much. The ones moving from one demand to the next, often without a moment to breathe. These driven individuals are an inspiration. If that’s you, I see the effort, the heart, and the quiet resilience behind the surface.

This season looks different for everyone. Some celebrate. Some don’t. Some simply want to find a moment of calm before another busy quarter begins. No matter where you find yourself, my hope is that you can give yourself a small pause. A moment to acknowledge how far you’ve come and all you managed to navigate this year.

One of my own meaningful wins from 2025 is growing to full capacity. Now I am reclaiming time by expanding my team and adding capacity. Letting support in is not always comfortable, but it creates breathing room that we need. Our capacity grows when we stop trying to hold everything alone.

As we approach the new year, I hope you feel permission to choose spaciousness. Even if it’s just one quiet moment, one lighter decision, one small boundary that makes your work feel more sustainable.
